A beautiful deciduous upright, bushy shrub with spectacular autumn colour and attractive clusters of nodding, bell-shaped, red-veined, creamy-yellow to whitish-pink flowers in late spring to mid summer.  Native to open woodlands in Japan this hardy shrub puts on a brilliant display of orange and red foliage in the autumn.  Grows well in sun or part shade and neutral/acidic soil.  Associates well with Rhododendrons but also makes a fantastic specimen plant.  Relatively slow growing.  H&S 180cm-3m (6-10ft) x 120-180cm (4-6ft)

Pot size: 9 cm
