Hardy and exquisite, Alpine Auriculas are vigorous, free-flowering plants that can withstand most weather conditions and can be grown in the garden; at the edge of borders, on rockeries or in pots and troughs.

Alpine auriculas are noted for their flat, rounded petals that are gradually shaded; dark towards their heart and light at the tips.  They do not display farina on their flowers or leaves, and can be safely planted outside as they will not spoil in the rain.  While their flowers are quite large, they are not as fragrant as those of Border Auriculas.

Velvet pink, light centre.  Possibly my favourite, but it is so hard to choose......

Pot size: 9cm
