We may not get your order sent out immediately - we will do our best to get them out within 14 days of receiving it.

We take great pride in our customers receiving their plants in excellent condition so orders are sent out during the first half of the week to ensure that the plants are not in transit over the weekend. The majority of orders are collected by DHL for next day delivery; single plants tend be send by 1st class post.
When your plants arrive, please unpack them immediately and water if required. Should there be a problem, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) by telephone, email or text.
Due to Brexit we cannot send plants to mainland Europe. To do so would incur prohibitive Plant Health inspection charges.
We no longer ship to Northern Ireland. Again, this is due to high costs and uncertain delivery times, which impacts the quality of the plants.
