A vigorous cross between P. juliae and P. elatior, named after its creator, David Valentine. Exceptionally hardy, vigorous and relatively drought tolerant this is a wonderful spring flowering primula that is ideal for the front of a border, rockery or pots. Rich purple-pink flowers in March and April over very tight mounds of foliage. This spring gem has proven to be a good do'er in the garden here. H&S 20cm
