This semi-evergreen hardy perennial is a hybrid of C. elata x C. fleuosa. Fresh green, ferny foliage that is topped by heads of bright blue flowers in mid-late spring. These plants prefer partial shade and moist (but not water-logged) soil where they will happily spread to form a wonderful carpet of the most attractive foliage. H&S 50cm
