A rarely grown buttercup relative, often mistaken for either an Astrantia (due to its foliage) or Thalictrum (due to its flowers). This gem really does deserve to be both more widely known and grown. It is easy to grow in full or partial shade and rich, moist but not waterlogged soil. The heads of fluffy creamy-white flowers are scented and very long lasting June-Sept. Hardy. H&S 50 x 80cm.
