A hybrid of C. heracleifolia var. davidiana x C. virginiana, it is thought that this variety was raised by Robert Brydon of Ohio, USA around 1935. This is a beautiful semi-herbaceous cultivar ideal for covering tree stumps, scrambling through shrubs or for use as ground-cover. Masses of small grey-blue flowers are produced from July to Sept. Very hardy. H/S 2-2.5m
