Tall stems are topped with nodding bells of yellow flowers from July onwards. Exceptionally hardy this plant is native to a wide geographical area from Nepal, Sikkim to Yunnan where it grows in wet alpine meadows, streamsides and wet glades within forested areas. In the garden it will grow well in a fertile, moist soil rich in organic matter and good light or dappled shade. H&S 75-90cm x 60cm
